Join us for this figure in the landscape watercolor workshop as we explore ways of simplifying the landscape by learning to see shapes and values and interpreting them in watercolor. Working from large shapes to small and from light to dark, finding form by gradually revealing light and shadow. Paint along if you like or sit back and just watch. The video will be available for 3 weeks for you to replay and practice.

I will send the sketch as we get closer to the workshop or sketch it yourself!

My palette for this painting will be-

Cobalt Blue

Cerulean Blue

Ultramarine Blue

Raw Umber

Burnt Umber

You do not have to use the same pigments that I do. Paint with the colors you like!

I will be using Masking fluid for this demo-I use Pebeo

Brushes-You do not have to purchase the brushes I use

Large flat and small flat

Paper- Arches 140lb Cold press for this painting and will be working on a 12x16 format.Please paint whatever size you like. Use whatever paper you like as long as it is high quality paper
