Get ready to move, shake, smile and work it '80s style! We're channeling a whole lot of '80s with this 45-minute workout of nonstop dancing, mixing cardio with strength-based toning. The only equipment needed is a sweatband since this much cardio will leave you dripping! Lace up your sneakers, grab your scrunchie and leg warmers for this fitness dance class that is an epic-workout-disguised-as-a-dance-party! By the end of this class, you’ll be sure to feel a total body engagement and come out feeling stronger than ever! The best part? No professional dance experience or training required! “Sweatin' to the '80s” is a dance fitness class for every level!
